1. Consultation:
Your appointment begins with a personalised consultation to discuss your goals, review your medical history, and assess your facial anatomy. This ensures you’re a suitable candidate for treatment and allows us to create a tailored plan just for you. Consent forms must be completed before your visit and reviewed ahead of time so your prescription can be processed and ready for treatment.

2. The Procedure:
Once your plan is agreed, Dr Nicky (our nurse prescriber-led clinic lead) administers the treatment using ultra-fine needles to inject small, precise amounts of Botulinum Toxin Type A into targeted muscles. The process usually takes 10–20 minutes and is minimally invasive. Most clients describe the sensation as a slight pinch or pressure.

3. Post-Treatment Care:
There’s little to no downtime. You may notice slight redness or swelling at the injection sites, which typically resolves quickly. To ensure the best results, it’s advised to avoid strenuous exercise, lying down flat, or rubbing the treated area for a few hours after your appointment.

When Will I See Results?

You may begin to notice a softening of fine lines and wrinkles within 3–5 days of treatment, with full results visible at around 10–14 days. Your skin will appear smoother and more refreshed while still looking like you.

We include a complimentary review appointment at 2–3 weeks, where Dr Nicky will assess your results and provide any top-up treatment if required. After this point, any further adjustments would be charged separately.

Results typically last 3–4 months, depending on individual factors such as metabolism, muscle activity, and the area treated. Over time, repeat treatments may help train the muscles, leading to longer-lasting effects.

Aftercare Instructions

To get the best results and minimise side effects, please follow these aftercare guidelines:

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for at least 24 hours.
 • Remain upright for 4–6 hours after treatment. Do not lie down or bend forward during this time.
 • Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, sunbeds, and hot showers for 24–48 hours to reduce swelling and bruising.
 • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, as it may increase the risk of bruising.
 • Don’t apply makeup over treated areas for the rest of the day.
 • Be patient as results typically begin to show in 3–5 days, with full effects visible at 10–14 days.
 • A follow-up review is usually scheduled 2–3 weeks post-treatment. Any necessary adjustments are included in the original cost.
